Chamber Business:
Pictures with Santa – Bring your children to Hy-Vee on Saturday, Dec. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for pictures with Santa! Pictures will be taken in the Hy-Vee café area. Complimentary photos by Peterman Photography in conjunction with Hy-Vee.
The VCDC will have a Vermillion Area Information Booth in the DakotaDome lobby during the 27th Annual Dakota Farm Show on Jan. 5, 6 and 7. If you have a brochure, menu, coupons, etc., that you would like available for the Farm Show exhibitors and visitors please drop them off at the VCDC office at 116 Market Street, Suite 103 or call Ann at 624-5571 by Dec. 30. This is a perfect opportunity to let visitors know about your business!

• Vermillion Senior Citizen's Christmas Dinner and Music, Friday, Dec. 18 beginning at 5:15 p.m. with hors d'oeurves, dinner at 5:45 p.m. and dessert and entertainment at 6:30 p.m. Advance tickets $12 or $15 at the door.
• High School Boy's Basketball at South Sioux City, Friday, Dec. 18 at 4:30 p.m.
• High School Bowling,vs. Sioux Falls Roosevelt,  Friday, Dec. 18 at Sport Bowl.
• "Nativities Around The World" at the Cramer Kenyon Home, 509 Pine St., Yankton, Dec. 19-20 from 1 to 4 p.m. Admission: $5.

Doug Hanson
Benefit Fund
The Hanson family of Meckling lost their home in a fire last Wednesday morning. No one was injured but the Hanson family lost most of their possessions. Doug serves the Yankton Community on the Yankton Police Department and one of his sons works for McDonald's in Vermillion. He has four children and one grandchild at home.
Please help us make their holiday season a little brighter!
