The 2010 Heartland Humane Society "Mutt March" benefit walk sponsored by Sanford Vermillion Hospital will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, March 27, in Cotton Park in Vermillion.
Registration for the event will be held at 9 a.m. This event is not limited only to dog owners – everyone is encouraged to participate.
HHS t-shirts will be available for purchase, HHS Paw Partner information will also be available and adoptable dogs will be showcased. All pets must be on a leash.
Donations will be accepted at this event, with proceeds going toward the care of HHS shelter pets. People unable to attend may send donations to Heartland Humane Society, PO Box 585, Yankton, SD 57078.
