Presentation on green burials planned

Professor Michael Myers, Elderlaw specialist, University of South Dakota School of Law, presents "Mary Ellen, Green Burials and the Law" at the W.H. Over Museusm on Tuesday, March 16 at 7 p.m.  

He will give a case study of his wife's burial and the discretion of SDCL 34-26-1 that, "Every person has the right to direct the manner in which his/her body or any part thereof shall be disposed of after his/her death."
