Bowlers place at state tournament

The Vermillion junior bowlers competed at the state tournament in Rapid City, April 24 and 25. Final results are: 399 & Under Team Handicap – First Place, Lucky Strikers (Kayla Stammer, Katie Kost, Sharrie Stammer and Kayla Anderson); Third Place, Vermillion I (Collin and Kodie Lovejoy; Fourth Place, Turkey Hunters, Rylan Craig, Sam Craig, Ryan Brunick and Sabrina Day). 199 & Under Doubles Handicap – First Place, Kodie and Collin Lovejoy; Ninth Place: Ryan Brunick and Sabrina Day. 99 & Under Girls Singles Handicap – Sixth Place, Kayla Andersen; Seventh Place, Katie Kost. 99 & Under Boys Singles Handicap – Second Place, Collin Lovejoy; Third Place, Kodie Lovejoy; Fifth Place, Rylan Craig. 100-124 Boys Singles Handicap – Sixth Place, Ryan Brunick.
