On June 15, motorized golf cars were not allowed on the course in the morning due to extreme soggy conditions as a result of heavy rains. So the majority of seniors elected not to participate in the walking only situation.
There were four "somewhat" younger seniors who ventured out pulling their hand carts. They were Dennis Tomhave, Rex Huska, Max Andersen and Dick Kellogg. The foursome reported enjoying the walking, but did notice some very wet places on the course. No prizes were given for this personal pleasure outing.
