Two blood drives planned next week

The Community Blood Bank bloodmobile will be holding two blood drive events in September.  The first blood drive event will be held at the USD Muenster Student Center on Monday, Sept. 27 and Tuesday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days. The second blood drive event will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 29 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Vermillion High School. When you donate with Community Blood Bank you will benefit the local blood supply.

Community members are encouraged to donate blood and help save local lives. We welcome first time donors as well as those that have donated multiple times.  It only takes 20-25 minutes to donate with Community blood Bank and your donation will make the difference in the local area blood supply.

Donors need to be at least 17 years of age (16 years old with a signed parent consent for found at cbblifblood.org), be in general good health and weigh at least 110 pounds.  Walk-ins are always welcome.  Community Blood Bank is the exclusive provider to Sanford Vermillion Medical Center.
