Winter Wonderland was an appropriate name for Vermillion High School's annual invitational gymnastics meet last Thursday as the competition was rushed to completion as fast as possible so that eight out-of-town teams could head for home in an attempt to beat the oncoming statewide storm.
Stanley County's gymnasts went home with the team title, scoring 126.15 points to top Hot Springs by .50 as the Bison scored 125.75.
