May not enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages where that is their primary business � Shall be subject to random search and seizure by parole or law enforcement officers upon reasonable suspicion that they are violating any provision of this sentence or of any parole agreement � Shall pay all fines, costs and restitution ordered by this court � He shall follow and successfully complete the six recommendations of Dr. Scott Pribyl contained in the psycho-sexual evaluation specifically � All sex offender-specific treatment and/or sex offender denier treatment be placed on hold if he appeals his sentence. Upon the completion of the appeal process that sex offender-specific treatment and/or sex offender denier treatment be considered. A strong cognitive-behavioral treatment approach is recommended which employs a regularly-scheduled group modality with adjunct individual or family components � Participation to the maximum degree possible during any periods of incarceration is recommended with community-based treatment to continue for a period of no less than two years and possibly longer � May not have contact with persons less than 18 years of age unless or until approved by recognized sex offender treatment provider and appropriate criminal justice supervisory personnel � May not use, purchase or possess any forms of alcohol, drugs or mood-altering substances except those prescribed by a licensed physician � May not use, purchase or possess any forms of sexually-explicit materials, pornography or erotica. This would include but not limited to books, magazines, movies, video tapes, DVDs, live entertainment or materials made available through telephonic, computer or other electronic mediums and all such electronic mediums be subject to search and monitor functions by treatment or parole officers � Participate in clinical polygraph testing as a part of his sex offender treatment or sex offender-denier treatment. A combination of specific issue, sexual history and maintenance/monitoring examinations will most likely prove useful. Such testing helps establish levels of veracity and can also provide an �external conscience� function to help with ongoing decision-making � Shall participate in objective measures of sexual interest or arousal such as Abel Assessments and/or plethysmography. The purpose of such testing is to better rule in or rule out deviant sexual interests, significant antecedents of inappropriate sexual behaviors � Unless attending an approved educational or training program he must work regularly at a lawful occupation or job and support all of his dependents to the best of his ability � May not own or possess any firearms or destructive devices and may not obtain a permit to carry a concealed weapon � Shall receive no credit for any time served in the Sioux Falls Penitentiary since July 2010
