Expert to discuss effects of flooding on trees Aug. 3

Landscape trees and shrubs have been inundated with flood water from the Missouri river and rising water tables. August 3 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., John Ball, SDSU Extension Forestry, will address the factors that play a role in both the short term and long term health of trees in city parks and homeowner yards.
