Along with their parents, Stephanie Taylor and Steven Melancan are please to announce that they are getting married Aug. 20, 2011, in the Columbia, South Carolina Latter-Day Saint Temple. A reception will be held in their honor on Sept. 3, 2011, in Vermillion.
