Captive audience

Tom Smith of the Zoo Express never had to worry about not having a captive audience Aug. 18. He traveled to Vermillion with several animals from the Great Plains Zoo in Sioux Falls, ranging from a skunk to the milk snake hes holding to give young people a good view. Sanford Vermillion and the Dakota Hospital Foundation sponsored the Zoo Express and served a picnic meal and ice cream in the VHS Commons to show appreciation to the community for its support.
