Randy Rasmussen receives his award from Lexy Schenk, Miss Teen SD and Tessa Dea, Miss Rolling Plains, for placing first in the 50-54 age category at the Sioux Falls Half Marathon held Sept. 11. Randy placed 19th overall in a time of 1:21:55.
