Part of the pledge

The Vermillion Area Community Foundation (VACF) has pledged a total of $4,000 to help with the expenses of the Vermillion City Library's expansion project, and last week, it lived up to that promise by presenting the Vermillion Public Library Foundation a check for $2,000.
