Vermillion's boys tennis team faces a busy weekend, starting with a home dual against Sioux Falls Roosevelt at 4 p.m. today (Friday).
The Tanagers then go to the Brookings Invitational, which starts at 10 a.m. Saturday. Next Thurfsday VHS hosts Yankton in a 6:30 p.m. dual.
Will Card picked up the only Vermillion win in an 8-1 loss to Yankton in a triangular hosted by Sioux Falls Washington last week. The Tanagers also lost to Washington, 9-0.
