Tow-Kjelden
Timothy and Mary Tow of Elk Point announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachael Tow, to Billy Kjelden, son of Jeff and Gail Kjelden of Vermillion.
An Oct. 20, 2012, wedding is planned at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Jefferson.
Tow is a nursing student at South Dakota State University and will be graduating in August of 2012.
Kjelden graduated in May of 2012 from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln with a computer engineering degree.
