Sanford Health will be showing its gratitude to the communities it serves with free treats, fellowship and fun at a variety of Community Appreciation Ice Cream Socials across the Sanford Health Network.
Sanford Vermillion will host a Community Appreciation Celebration on Wednesday, Aug. 8, from 5-7 p.m. at Vermillion High School. The gathering will include a BBQ meal and DQ dilly bars for everyone.
Great Plain Zoo Express will be there as well as several inflatable rooms for the kids.
Attendees can check out Ameri-Heart, a gigantic heart display that people can walk through to better understand the anatomy of the heart and heart disease.
