The Clay-Union County Foundation is in need of volunteer mentors. There are two boys in Elk Point and Jefferson would like to have an adult male mentor. There is an adult male mentor who would like to match with a boy age 8-12 in Vermillion, and a female in Elk Point is in the process of applying as a mentor.
Volunteers spend two hours per week with their matches, and there is no cost to apply. All volunteers are fully background checked and interviewed, and matches are made based on the needs of the child.
