Sarah Ellen Anderson and Thomas Layton Foote were married on June 30, 2012, at Saint Clement Catholic Church, Chicago, IL. Father Ken Simpson, St. Clements pastor, and Father George Rozum, uncle of the bride concelebrated the wedding mass.
Parents of the couple are Kent and Mary Anderson of Vermillion, SD and Jim and Gail Foote of Barrington, IL.
Maid of Honor was Rosalie Mueller Lammers. Bridesmaids were Brittay Cofell-Dwyer, Theresa Dendinger Bunkers and Catherine Johnson.
Dan Foote, brother of the groom, served as Best Man. Groomsmen were Michael Garrison, Jason Hensler and Cameron Muhlenkamp.
Following the wedding ceremony, a reception was held at the Donovan Reading room at the library on the campus of Loyola University, Chicago, IL.
The couple met at the University of Notre Dame. The bride is a 2009 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in accounting, Cum Laude and in 2010 a Masters degree in accounting, Magna Cum Laude. She is a CPA and is working as an associate specializing in taxation for high net worth individuals in the Chicago office of WTAS.
The groom is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame 2009, with a dual degree in economics, Magna Cum Laude, and in finance, Suma Cum Laude. The groom works as an associate specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the investment banking division of BMO Capital Markets in the Chicago office.
