Mary L. Collins of Vermillion is “hooded” by Professor Garreth Zalud

during the 37th winter session commencement exercises of the University

of South Dakota, held Saturday, Dec. 15 in the DakotaDome at Vermillion.

The hooding ceremony marks Collins’ earning a doctor of education

degree from the university.
