Scholarship available

The Clay-Union Foundation is offering a $500 community service scholarship to graduating seniors from Elk Point-Jefferson and Vermillion high schools. Applications are due March 1, and are on the Web site at http://www.clay-unionfoundation.org/ under the events tab. The applications may by returned by e-mail.
