Heartland Humane Society (HHS) offers adorable cats for $25 adoption fees with the donation of clumping litter now through August 24. Acceptable cat litter examples include Fresh Step, Arm and Hammer, or Purina. The promotion does not include any clay litter. This special will allow HHS to open some space for cats needing placement and stock their shelves with the supplies needed to care for them.
