12/01/13 01:19 – Vehicle was stopped after a caller complained of erratic driving. Driver was cited for not having a driver’s license.

12/01/13 04:08 – Caller reported an unknown man was in her basement. Officers responded and searched the basement, but the man had left via an outside door entrance. The man was located nearby and was intoxicated and claimed to be confused about where he was.

12/01/13 06:44 – Officers were asked to check the welfare of a woman lying in an apartment hallway with her pants pulled down. The woman was intoxicated and had evidentially fallen while urinating in the hallway. She was lost in the wrong building. Officers assisted her to her building and found a responsible party to care for her.

12/01/13 12:20 – Caller reported a past-tense domestic assault. Under investigation.

12/01/13 16:38 – Caller reported being assaulted by her boyfriend. Officers investigated and arrested the boyfriend for domestic violence assault.

12/02/13 02:31 – Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call. The call was accidentally placed.

12/02/13 04:42 – Officers were called to a fight in progress at a residence. Investigation resulted in the arrest of one of the parties for domestic assault.

12/02/13 11:00 – Caller reported the occupant of another apartment was smoking marijuana. Under investigation.

12/02/13 11:05 – Officers assisted a state agency with gaining compliance with a temporary custody order.

12/02/13 11:43 – Officers arrested a subject on a Clay County warrant for violating court order and possession of a controlled substance.

12/02/13 14:01 – Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call. The source of the call could not be located but nothing was found amiss in the area the call had originated.

12/02/13 16:44 – Officers assisted court services with taking a juvenile into custody.

12/02/13 17:15 – Subject was arrested for violating a no contact order.

12/02/13 18:04 – Caller reported a possible violation of a court order. Under investigation.

12/02/13 19:08 – Caller reported a possible violation of a protection order. Investigation revealed the order was not yet in effect.

12/02/13 19:39 – Caller reported a dispute regarding a food delivery. Investigation revealed no criminal behavior.

12/02/13 20:56 – Caller turned over a black briefcase that had been secreted behind a building. The owner was located and the case returned. A pack of cigarettes was missing from the case.

12/02/13 22:28 – Caller reported a subject had come into the convenience store and taken some beer and fled the building. Officer checked the area but the subject was not located. Under investigation.

12/03/13 07:41 – Officers assisted on a medical call until the ambulance could arrive.

12/03/13 07:54 – Officers assisted with a funeral escort.

12/03/13 14:46 – Caller reported a stolen trailer. Under investigation.

12/03/13 15:59 – Complainant reported a bike stolen.

12/03/13 18:21 – Caller reported an unknown person had entered her residence while she was away. Several things had been moved. Nothing appeared to be missing.

12/04/13 07:41 – Officers received information about a possible violation of a no contact order. Officers investigated and arrested a subject in violation of a no contact order. The man was also arrested for two Clay County warrants.

12/04/13 10:00 – Officers investigated a hit and run accident.

12/04/13 10:47 – Caller reported a vehicle parked for a long period of time on the roadside. The vehicle was cited.

12/04/13 12:40 – Officers investigated a vehicle accident, non-injury.

12/04/13 13:07 – Officers investigated a two-vehicle non-injury accident.

12/04/13 19:05 – Complainant reported a subject came into the business grabbed some alcohol and fled on foot. Under investigation.

12/04/13 19:59 – Officers responded to a 911 call. It was accidentally placed.

12/05/13 01:12 – While conducting a bar check, Officers contacted an underage person drinking in the bar. The suspect was using another person’s drivers license. The suspect was charged. Further charges under investigation.

12/05/13 01:48 – Caller requested assistance with removing an ex-boyfriend who was refusing to leave. The subject left at officers request.

12/05/13 01:51 – Officers responded to a report of an unknown man coming into a home and laying down on an occupied bed. When officers arrived and contacted the man he was aggressive and challenging asking repeatedly if the officers wanted to fight. The man was very intoxicated. He was arrested for trespass and resisting arrest.

12/05/13 03:54 – Officers assisted on a medical call providing care until the ambulance arrived.

12/05/13 06:10 – Officers responded to a medical call and provided care until the ambulance arrived.

12/05/13 09:07 – An employer requested a welfare check on an employee who did not show up for work. The employee was located and was all right.

12/05/13 09:41 – Caller reported the rear window of his vehicle smashed out. Under investigation.

12/05/13 11:10 – Caller reported a garbage hauler walking out in front of traffic creating a traffic hazard. The hauler in question was interviewed.

12/05/13 11:33 – Complainant reported her purse stolen from a bar. Under investigation.

12/05/13 17:58 – Officers responded to a medical call and provided treatment until the ambulance could arrive.

12/05/13 18:01 – Officers responded to a medical call and provided care until the ambulance arrived.

12/05/13 19:21 – Officers were called to do a welfare check. The subject was placed in custody for an evaluation because of suicidal threats.

12/05/13 19:33 – Caller reported vandalism to the tire of her vehicle. Under investigation.

12/05/13 20:20 – Caller reported a possible suicide attempt. Investigating officers determined the attempt did not happen and there was a communications failure that led to a misunderstanding.

12/07/13 19:37 – Officers responded to an alarm at a local business. The alarm had been accidentally set off by an employee.

12/07/13 23:25 – Officers were called to a vehicle in the ditch. No one was injured.

12/07/13 23:26 – Officers responded to a vehicle vs. light pole accident. The drive was located and charged with hit and run, no insurance, and unlicensed driver.

12/07/13 23:42 – Officers responded to a noise complaint. Officers found loud music and a large number of people at the apartment. When he knocked, there was much yelling about the police being outside and about 50 people fled out several exits to the apartment. The renter was located and cited for disorderly house.
