Learfield Sports’ Coyote Sports Properties at USD names account executive

Learfield Sports recently named Ben Flora account executive for its Coyote Sports Properties entity, the exclusive multimedia rights holder for University of South Dakota Athletics.

Flora will work alongside Coyote Sports Properties’ General Manager Travis Lee to fulfill the numerous aspects of the USD-Learfield Sports’ multimedia rights partnership in support of the Coyotes. He joins Learfield’s University of South Dakota property having spent nearly a year as the corporate sales assistant in Learfield Sports’ Plano, Texas headquarters.

Flora also has experience as a sales and marketing intern for Learfield’s Red Raider Sports Properties team at Texas Tech University, his alma mater.

“Ben will be a great addition to our Coyote Sports Properties’ team, and he brings a good deal of knowledge from inside Learfield Sports after working out of our corporate offices in a support role and working at our Texas Tech property,” said Learfield Sports’ Vice President Chuck Schroeder.

In addition to South Dakota, Learfield Sports manages multimedia rights for more than 50 collegiate institutions and associations and titles the prestigious Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup.

The company’s multimedia rights encompass numerous content distribution platforms to deliver the passion of college athletics across radio, television and digital networks to fans globally. Its exclusive sports programming reaches more than 56 million television households nationally and delivers nearly 17,000 hours of radio programming on more than 1,100 radio stations.
