7. By posting an Ad on plaintalk.net, you agree that it is in compliance with our guidelines. We review every Ad that is posted in order to prevent abuses and to keep this site comfortable and appropriate for our general audience. Our audience includes people of all ages, races, religions, and nationalities. We reserve the right to remove any Ads in violation of our guidelines. Therefore, all Ads that are in violation of our guidelines are subject to removal immediately without prior notice.

8. You agree that you will be solely responsible for the content of all Ads that you post on this site and that you will indemnify Vermillion Plaintalk and hold it harmless from any losses or damages to yourself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from any Ads that you post here.

When posting a photo to the website, you agree to grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright and publicity rights (but no other rights) you have respect to Your Photos. You agree that you will post only photos that you have the exclusive rights to (ie: you take the photo yourself). Vermillion Plaintalk reserves the right to use your photo at our discretion on our website, in any of our emails and in any of our printed publications.
