Clay County Planning Commission to Hold Public Hearing On Re-Zoning application.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Clay County Planning Commission at 5:15 pm on February 25, 2013 at the Clay County Courthouse to consider the following:
A request to re-zone land from Agriculture to Commercial for a commercial business by Heine Electric and Irrigation, Inc. for property located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Norway Township, Clay County, South Dakota.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing. Those interested persons not able to attend are invited and encouraged to send written comments before February 25, 2013 to the Clay County Planning Commission, 211 W. Main Street, Suite 203, Vermillion, SD, 57069.
