NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Clay County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the First Reading of ORDINANCE #2013-01, an ordinance amending Ordinance #95-1, at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 in the Commissioner's Meeting Room of the Clay County Courthouse, Vermillion, SD, for:

A zoning change from A-1 Agricultural District to C-1 Commercial District for the placement of a Commercial Business by owner Heine Electric & Irrigation, for property located in the NE1/4SE _, Section 5, Township 92 North, Range 52 West of the 5th P.M., Clay County, South Dakota (Norway Twp).

All interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing. Those interested persons not able to attend are invited and encouraged to send written comments before March 12, 2013 to Clay County Auditor, 211 West Main, Ste 200, Vermillion, SD 57069.
