Copies of the bid solicitation and specifications are available at the offices of A & D Technical Supply 1822 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, phone number 402.474.5454 – without deposit. A MANDATORY PRE-BID walk7through meeting is scheduled for March 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. CT at Dakota Dome located in Vermillion, South Dakota. The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
