NOTICE OF MORTAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with South Dakota Codified Laws 21-49-25, and pursuant to a Judgment dated the 13th day of May, 2013, that a sale of certain mortgaged premises described as follows:
Lot Seven (7), Block Eleven (11), Original Town of Irene, Clay County, South Dakota,
shall be made by public sale to the highest bidder on the 19th day of June, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., at the front door of the Clay County Courthouse, Vermillion, South Dakota.
The name of the mortgagor is Danielle C. Davis and the mortgage was given to State Bank of Alcester and assigned to the South Dakota Housing Development Authority of Pierre, South Dakota. The amount due, pursuant to the Judgment, is $58,418.15. The date of the mortgage is 29th day of July, 2005, and the mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Clay County Register of Deeds on the 29th day of July, 2005, at 3:45 p.m, in Book 122 of Mortgages, page 991. The sale is subject to the 2012 real property taxes due and payable in 2013, and any special assessments due and owing.
