On the reading and filing of the Affidavit and Petition of Joanne Wingo for a change of name from Joanne Wingo to JOANNE LEONARD, her maiden name, and good cause appearing therefore;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. That all persons who may be affected or prejudiced by the change of name appear before this Court on the 13th day of March, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., then and there to show cause, if any they may have, why the Petition for Change of Name should not be granted; and
2. That a copy of this Order be published in a legal newspaper of general circulation in Clay County one time per week for four successive weeks preceding the date set for the hearing.
