Dave Nash, the cross country and track coach for Morningside College, watches as Lydia Ford signs a national letter of intent to run cross country and track at Morningside. Lydia is an outstanding senior distance runner for Vermillion High School. Last year she placed fourth in the 3200 meters at the state track meet. This fall she placed sixth in the state cross country meet. Lydia is planning on study English education at Morningside. She is the daughter of Steve and Pam Ford.
